Chinese Zodiac Compatibility: Personality traits

Chinese Zodiac is a doctrine which dates back to more than two thousand years. It is based on the lunar cycle, which is believed to determine the zodiac sign a person is born under (as per his year of birth). Each zodiac has been given distinct set of attributes that contribute largely towards the personality of the individual born in it.

The Chinese Zodiac is composed of 12 different animal signs. Which group you fall into depends on your birth date. Many people believe that people who are compatible with one another share compatible Zodiac signs. While it is impossible to neither confirm nor deny this, many people still hold the Zodiac and its 12 signs to a very high regard. There are a total of 12 Chinese Zodiac signs, each of which relates to a different animal. Below is a list of the animal signs, and their associated personalities and attitudes.

Some of the characteristics of the 12 Chinese Zodiac Animal Sign are as follows:
Rat: Imaginative, charming, and truly benevolent to the person you love and have a tendency to be quick-tempered and very critical. Motivated by money, can be greedy, is ever curious, seeks knowledge and truly welcomes challenges.

Chinese Zodiac signs are known to have a strong effect on our personality, and our relationship with other people. However, they are not solely responsible for the way we act, feel or adjust in the society. There are several other factors that contribute to our compatibility and innate nature. Essentially, these signs only explain distinctive characteristics of human nature that we come across every day.
